          there is a 40 acre piece for sale touching this with nothing on it .they want $100,000 for.do the math.my property price  $ 375,000 for 360 acres is a steal.at darn near 1000 a acre you cant get bare ground for that!  with $20,000 in irrigation pipe it takes it to under 1000 a acre

Below are some photos of the ranch, some are of the main house and some are of the back valley.  The ranch itself is 360 acres with 128 in irrigation, with its own irrigation well; along with 2 homes. The back valley is irrigated as well and we are surrounded by BLM land, a tree farm and hay fields.  We currently have 13 stalls with runs for our horses and 2 barns that were delivered last winter.  We hope to have the second one up soon.  .  Our horses are numbering from 25 to 50.   The property also has a holding pond that everyone loves to swim in.  This is truley an incredible piece of paradise.  On any given day you will see anywhere from 20 to 140 head of mule deer.
